Slick Drill Collar

AISI 4145H-modified steel with slip & elevator recess separately or together
OD: from 3-1/8" (79.4 mm) to 11" (279.4 mm)
ID: from 1-1/4" (31.75 mm) to 4" (101.6 mm)
Length: 27ft (8300 mm) / 30ft (9145 mm) / 31ft (9450 mm). The length can be varied upon customer's request from 21.3ft (6500 mm) to 41ft (12500 mm)
API Connections: NC23 to NC77 as well as 6" REG, 7" REG, 5-1/2" FH & 6"FH
Pin Stress Relief Groove & Box Bore Back
Threads are cold rolled & phosphate coated
Hardbanding is available upon request

Spiral Drill Collar

OD: from 3-1/8" (79.4 mm) to 10" (254.0 mm)
Length: 26ft (8160 mm) / 31ft (9450 mm) / 31.5ft (9600 mm)
API Connections: NC23 to NC77 as well as 6" REG, 7" REG, 5-1/2" FH & 6"FH
Pin Stress Relief Groove & Box Bore Back
Threads are cold rolled & phosphate coated
Hardbanding is available upon request

HWDP types:

• HWDP I with one central upset
• HWDP II with two central upsets
• HWDP III with central upset & spiral grooves

OD: from 3-1/2" (88.9mm) to 6-5/8" (168.3 mm)
ID: from 2-1/4" (57.2 mm) to 4" (101.6 mm)
Length: 26 ft (8160 mm) / 31.5ft (9600 mm) / 31ft (9450 mm)

Standard service or non-magnetic steel grades for directional drilling applications

Length: total 9 000 mm to 16 460 mm
Ends & drive sections, IDs and connections machined and inspected to API specifications. Shipped in a protective individual scabbard for working area protection from mechanical damages during transportation.

SUBS & ACCESSORIES

• The plant provides certified subs of all sizes and all configurations based on customers requirements
• Solid round steel bars, bored bars. More types are available upon customer request
• Pressed-steel light-duty thread protectors as well as heavy-duty bails
